Electricity Generating Public Company Limited or EGCO Group, completed the acquisition of a 49% ownership interest in the 126 MW "Downeast Wind" wind farm which is located in the state of Maine in the United States. The Downeast Wind facility is the first of two renewable energy projects in the "Pinnacle II Portfolio" to be acquired by EGCO Group. The facility started commercial operations on 2 April 2025.
